My home of Salisbury, Maryland is where I have my fondest memories of magnificent fresh food - reared in culinary arts and home town cooking, After a stint in the military I followed those roots and attended Culinary School at Northwest Technical College, in Moorhead, Minnesota.
I returned to Maryland and began studying under some of the Top Chef’s in the state. In January 1995, I settled in Salt Lake City, UT; where after working restaurants, hotels and country clubs, I decided to bring forth Culinary Fusion “Experience the Difference…Taste the Magic.”
Culinary Fusion is dedicated to simple styles with intricate flavors using the best local products when ever possible and giving impeccable service. We are proud of our attention to detail, personalized menus, and exceeding our guests expectations.
